Join fitness expert Angela Leach for an introduction to weight training principles for any age.

Muscles play an integral part in maintaining a healthy body, preventing injury, and increasing quality of life as we age.  Learn why weightlifting is important, and how to get started on your strength training journey. This information session will help you to develop ways of approaching strength training that are enjoyable, practical, and effective.
