Beginner Guitar (8 Week Course) In-Person
Join us this fall for a fun and engaging group guitar course at the County of Brant Public Library!
Led by Dr. Patrick Feely of the Guitar Society of Brantford, this program introduces young learners to the guitar using the Suzuki Method, which emphasizes learning by ear, parent/caregiver involvement, and a supportive group environment.
- No prior experience needed - just bring your curiosity and love of music!
- Space is limited; registration required
- Ages 7-12 with a parent or caregiver
- Guitars provided for each child, or bring your own
Patrick Feely is an Assistant Professor at the University of Western Ontario, a Royal Conservatory of Music examiner assessing students across North America, and a certified Suzuki instructor. He brings a caring, supportive approach to working with children, fostering musical growth through encouragement, consistent practice, and a focus on building both skills and confidence.
