Introduction to 3D Printing

Introduction to 3D Printing In-Person

Step into the world of 3D printing with this relaxed, beginner-focused class.

We'll walk you through what 3D printing is, how the printers at the library work, and popular 3D prints.

Get a look at common websites to find ready-to-print files, and learn how to submit your own design to our 3D print queue. We’ll also explain how slicing software works—don’t worry, staff handle that part—so you understand what’s happening behind the scenes.

No tech background required. If you're curious, you're ready. Come explore the possibilities.

  • Join us and start your journey into the world of 3D printing!
